How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days. International shipping times vary by location but generally take 7-14 business days. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order is dispatched.
What is your return policy?
We offer returns or exchanges on all full-priced items within 30 days of purchase, provided the garments are in their original condition with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, swimwear and earrings cannot be returned.
How do I care for my Kowtow garments?
To ensure the longevity of your pieces, we recommend a cold gentle machine wash with similar colors using eco-friendly detergent. Avoid bleach and tumble drying; instead, line dry in the shade to preserve the fabric and color.
