We want you to love your Kowtow garments, but if they aren't quite right, we offer returns on all full-priced items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

Pack Your Garments
Carefully place the items in their original sustainable packaging, ensuring all labels and tags remain intact.
Ship the Package
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop the package off at your nearest authorized postal service location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
